I could be a sufferer

''I remember how my Father suffered, frustrated in silence: I know that he would want me to check myself for any signs or symptoms so I can prevent what he went through''

SUFFERERS
There is plenty of support out there. It is not shameful to use them. You are not begging. It is your right. You need help to be able to look after yourself. There are organisations that will give you support and advice, which can also be used to help you, family members and friends. If you suspect you may be a sufferer, They will support you during times of crisis and find necessary information for you, which you may require now or in the future .
Comfort in Words

*Reflections*

Written by Enid Jackson the founder of FACCSD

In this beautiful collection of poetry the writer takes us on a journey through life touching on a wide spectrum of emotions, experiences and feelings...

expressed here in a poem called Dementia..
