Provides friendship and respite to carers and sufferers of dementia.
Provide advocacy and information regarding dementia and associated conditions.
We are looking for someone who has some experience in working with older
People with dementia and experience of the African/Caribbean culture.
- You will be responsible for the day to day running of the organisation including
The supevision of staff & volunteers, also liasing with other organisations
to find hidden carers.
- Securing referrals, making assessments and formulating individualised care plans.
- You should have qualification in social care, nursing, communication skills, IT literate and car driver.
