We act as advocate and this service is of greet benefit to those who find it difficult to allocate services for themselves.

 Away Day

We plan and have an annual away day for carers to a venue of their choice.

Befriending

We befriend elders that are lonely and isolated.

Bereavement Support

We support carers during bereavement with a listening ear and advice.

Additional Care Services

As we get older we sometimes find it difficult to cope with the challenges of everyday life such as shopping, light domestic duties and cleaning.FACCSD support Older people in their homes, support worker will also provide friendship and companship,there is also a cost for this service.

What do we do

We visit Sufferers of dementia in care homes, hospitals and nursing homes.

We provide Advocacy.

We draw awareness to Dementia.

We Listen.

We give advice.

We provide Respite.

We run a monthly support group for carers of sufferers of dementia.

We run a weekly drop-in to stimulate early sufferers of dementia.

We Support the bereaved. We provide Home Care.

Additional Services

Personal Care, Light domestic duties, Shopping, Hair combing, Laundry, Support with light cooking.
